RNG Auto’s Oil Change Checklist
- Drain & replace engine oil and filter.
- Grease chassis, suspension components and U joints as required.
- Inspect power steering fluid level & condition.
- Inspect battery cable connections.
- Reset maintenance reminder, and provide sticker indicating when next service is due.
- Check tire tread depth, determine if tire rotation recommended.
- Inspect under vehicle fluids level and condition where applicable: differentials, transmission, transfer case.
- Inspect brake fluid level.
- Inspect wipers and washers condition and operation.
- Check & set tire pressure.
- Visual inspection of brakes, ball joints, shocks, leaks, etc.
- Inspect coolant level, and test its freeze condition.
- Inspect belts, hoses, pulleys.
- Inspect air filter condition.
- Double check engine oil level.
